This series is a special programme for newcomers consisting of 5 single classes including a 55 min. P.A.M.P.-Check (posture ▪ alignment ▪ movement patterns).
Mat & Apparatus - Single | Duo | Trio
The single class is particularly meant for those who have little time to practice and/or want to solve specific problems. In the duo and trio classes you can enjoy full supervision for a very economic price.
Pilates During and After Pregnancy
Exercises especially constructed to help your body accommodate to the enormous physiological changes during and after the nine month of pregnancy.
Special hands-on-body massage technique. If you suffer from massive muscle tensions and/or psychic stress symptoms, you are well-advised to book a myofascial massage; either so you can feel the positive impact of our active Bodyhood Pilates training without any strain and resistance; or simply to reduce tenseness, tightness and stress.
Myofascial Group Training
The active myofascial group training improves the contractibility, extensibility and flexibility of your muscles. It facilitates a release in your joints, fibres and tissues.
Mat Group Class - Flow 'n' Glow
A new and fresh concept: Each exercise intertwining into each other like the waves of the sea, flowing in and flowing out in unison with breath, tone and rhythm.

Pilates In Dance
Urban Universal Dance - Test and explore how your body´s possibilities of stability and control relate to functionality, dynamics and mobility.
The solo class is for advanced learners, who know their programme well.
