A special programme for newcomers consisting of 5 single classes:
- 55 min. P.A.M.P. Check (posture ▪ alignment ▪ movement patterns)
- Set up of a training programme that is suited to your personal needs
- 4 classes of support in learning your training programme and the use of the Pilates machines.
We recommend that you book these 5 classes in as quick a succession as possible to enable your body to constantly learn and remember the movements.
- Each class takes 55 minutes and has to be booked in advance.
- Please be punctual. If for any reason you are late, the class will be shortened accordingly.
- If you have to cancel, please give us a call within 24 hours before the class; otherwise the class will have to be charged fully.
- Validity 2 months.
